Birth support without the agenda.

You can research every option, ask all the right questions, and have a plan for just about everything. But birth has a way of introducing a few variables you didn't account for.

That's where I come in.

I know how to help you navigate the moments when things feel uncertain, decisions need to be made, or the room starts moving faster than you're comfortable with. I'll help you understand your options, keep your partner involved, and work alongside your medical team.

I don't have a preferred way for you to give birth. I have the experience to support you through yours.

Birth Planning

For the person who likes to have a plan.

And a backup plan.

A three-hour, one-on-one session where we'll talk through your goals, concerns, preferences, and questions about birth. I'll walk you through what to expect during labor and delivery, discuss common interventions and decisions, and help you understand your options.

We'll use that conversation to create a customized birth plan that reflects what matters to you, with room for the things we can't predict.

Birth Support

Experienced support, right when you need it.

Having someone in the room who knows birth, understands hospitals, and isn't easily rattled can make a real difference.

I'll help you navigate decisions, understand what's happening, and keep your partner involved. Whether things go exactly as expected or take an entirely different direction, my focus stays on you and what you need.

On-Call Postpartum Support

Your personal Google. With 16+ years of experience and significantly less panic.

The questions don't stop once the baby arrives. In fact, that's usually when an entirely new collection of questions begins. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Who do I call? What am I supposed to do next?

That's where I come in.

Think of me as your experienced, levelheaded person to text or call when you're overwhelmed, second-guessing yourself, or just need someone to help you sort through what's happening. I'll help you figure out which questions need a call to your healthcare provider, what your next steps might look like, and when you can probably stop Googling at 2 a.m.

If you've made it this far, there's a good chance you're someone who likes to do their research before making a decision. I respect that. I'm also guessing you have a few questions, some concerns, and possibly a running list of things you'd like to have figured out before this baby arrives.

There's very little about birth that makes me uncomfortable. Complicated pregnancies, anxious brains, detailed birth plans, and people who need to understand the why behind things? Those are my people.

Reach out. Tell me a little about yourself, what you're looking for, or what's keeping you up at night. We'll have a conversation and see if we're a good fit.

No sales pitch. No pressure. And I promise not to tell you to just relax.
